Our referral program is open to United States citizens, legal residents, and US-based companies. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and not be an employee of Cyfenders unless specifically permitted under our employee referral policy.
A qualified referral must be new to Cyfenders (not a current or former client), not already in our sales pipeline, not referred by someone else in the prior 6 months, and not receiving our services through an intermediary or third-party.
Payments are made within 15 business days after each 6-month anniversary of the client's service start date. Compensation is based on actual collected revenue during that period. You must submit valid tax documentation (W-9) within 6 months of client signing or compensation will be forfeited.
In multi-level referral situations (where Person A refers Person B who then refers Client C), the first-touch attribution rule applies. Only the first person in the chain (Person A in this example) who ultimately leads to a signed client is eligible for the referral reward.
Yes. Businesses that receive Cyfenders' services indirectly through an intermediary, reseller, partner, or similar third-party arrangement are considered existing clients and are not eligible for the referral program, even if we don't have a direct contractual relationship with them.
