Raising decision makers’ awareness of the impact that cyber security has on a business’s growth and success helps streamline security processes, and produces more effective security programs.
Through an analysis of real-world attacks, and their aftermath, the module focuses on how early integration of cyber security considerations in an organization’s decision-making process helps produce more robust security programs. Participants will also see examples of how such integrations benefit from cooperation and involvement of an organization’s different business units.
This seminar helps executives and decision makers develop a common language based on an understanding of the existing threats to the organization, and the impact that these threats have on the organization’s goals and business processes.
